SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

Our Chesterfields and furniture are handmade to order with a targeted ~14-16 week lead time (sometimes longer). This allows us to operate at maximum efficiency and offer the low prices that we do.

Once the items in your order are complete and in hand for final delivery, you will be contacted by phone to schedule a date and time for your delivery, or to schedule an appointment for you to pickup your items in-person.

 

IN-PERSON PICKUP

In-person pickup is FREE, and is an available option for all orders. In-person pickup is conducted by appointment only in Beloit, WI.

 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

All orders in the Continental United States (except Alaska) ship for a flat-rate delivery fee of $375 regardless of order size. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Trans-atlantic transit is ~35 days. Estimated final courier delivery time is 1-14 business days and will vary based on where you live.

Delivery is "threshold" which includes bringing the furniture inside your home or business. However, it does not include unpacking the furniture and removing the trash. If you are a senior, disabled, or have other special circumstances regarding delivery, please let us know and we'll be happy to assist.
